This chicken burrito bowl is the one you would order at a burrito chain, made at home for four days of lunches. Chili-lime chicken, brown rice, black beans, corn, salsa and a Greek yogurt crema give each bowl 53 grams of protein for about 500 calories.

Greek yogurt instead of sour cream

A spoon of Greek yogurt tastes like sour cream on a burrito bowl, with three times the protein. Add a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt for a quick crema.

Meal prep tips

Cook everything on Sunday, cool it, and pack the cold toppings separately. Reheat the chicken, rice and beans, then add salsa and yogurt.
